maderrWhat the hell was everyone bitching about in regards to Pitt's performance? I thought he did rather well - very well actually. In fact as of now the only things that were minuses are:
1) A little too long. It def dragged at moments.
2) The women sucked. Seriously, they all blew. Fucking cookies cutters. I think it's primarily my brother that says all I ever do with stories, movies, etc. is pair up the guys and ignore the poor women? That's because the woman all fucking suck major monkey balls. They annoy me. I'd rather see the hot men go to other hot men that force them to put with Lady Stupid the rest of their lives. Helen! C'mon, she's supposed to be cooler than that. I wanted to bash her over the head with something heavy and blunt. Don't get me started on Achilles' chick. Hector's wife was only better in that she was boring rather than annoying. /rant
Personal fav? Odysseus. Sean Bean (isn't that his name?) owned in that role. They need to the Odyssey and give him more screen time. Killer scenes in that movie, but I don't want to risk spoiling anything for now. Oh, almost forgot. I wouldn't be a very good yaoi fangirl if I neglected to state the slash potential in the movie is so high it's rather ridiculous. But these are greek bois we're talking about. Greek and Slash are all but synoymous.
Otherwise we had some excellent pizza (yes I just said that) at Dewey's (?) and then I spent a little bit of money on some manga. Brandie, I'll email you later about what not to buy.
Sarah scored some mad ticketage at this arcade place and I'm rather starting to like living in a city (just outisde one if you want to get technical).
But for now I is sleepy. Sorry I missed you Allie, Gomi. I love you both muchly. And ma famille - perhaps I'll call on Sunday.
