maderrWatched the first two episodes of Samurai 7 last night. It's interesting. Basically take the original movie, turn it into anime, bishounenize about half the samurai, add an OSC, then throw in evil aliens and mecha.
Like I said, interesting. Not all bad, but it would be better if they'd stop getting happy with the CG. The Angsty Bishounen seems cool, if only b/c he's decently old (and a weird sort of pretty. Not really bishounen pretty, just pretty. very weird). I wish the OSC would take a long walk off a short pier, but when don't I want that?
Back to writing I go. Which reminds me.
Would possible participants be more interested in a fluff contest or would a fluff challenge suffice?
