Bus Adventures

maderrI told S about this, but neglected to post about it. Dude, this woman was pyscho fucking freaky.
So this couple (I think they're a couple) gets on the bus...about two stops or so after I get on. I have my headphones on, so I don't really hear much at first.
Then she gets louder. Dude, I can't even repeat some of the stuff she was calling this guy. But like I said, I had my headphones on, and she was at the front so mostly it was ignorablel
And then for some odd reason, they move. And she sits right next to me. The weirdest thing? My god, she was a fucking furnace. I mean seriously, the woman positively radiated heat...and she smelled really weird. I don't have the greatest nose ever, too many years of living with cats that I'm allergic to has ruined my sense of smell. But her I smelled. But the heat was really f'ing strange. I was getting hot sititng next to her.
And then her shouting resumed. The guy said something, I don't know what. She fucking whaled on him, beat the living shit out of his arm.
Woman: DON'T YOU EVER CALL ME THAT. DON'T YOU EVER FUCKING CALL ME THAT. I AM NOT A DRUNKEN SLOB, DON'T YOU EVER CALL ME THAT *hits him some more*
*Megan moves* Literally, I was b/t her and the window. I shoved my way past and got the hell out of dodge. She, in the meantime, is still shouting at the guy. Basically says, "DON'T YOU EVER CALL ME THAT. YOU'RE A FUCKING FAIRY, I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE IT FROM YOU."
And then, another guy tries to help out the guy she's abusing, and she says she doesn't have to listen to him, "First of all, because you're ugly."
A few minutes after that, they got off the bus. Man, I don't think I've ever seen a bus so freakin' cheerful.
Hopefully tonight will be much quieter.

Date: 2004-09-02 12:30 pm (UTC)The bus driver stopped at the next stop and said, "Ma'am, you're bothering the other passengers and I have to ask you to leave." She included him in her swearing and cussing but he refused to move the bus until she got off, telling her she could take the next bus, if that guy let her on, but she was not riding on his bus. Eventually, he went to his cb and called his base asking them to contact the police and she got off. He immediately closed the doors and started on his way.
I have to say that as one of the other passengers, I was very happy that we had him as a driver.
