It's all hayama's fault
Dec. 1st, 2004 10:17 pmThat I learned about this and now really really really really (ad infinitum) want to do this.
Only problem is that the story has to more or less be complete by contest's end - and none of my done/nearly done stories are good enough for something like this, as much as I love them.
rykaine has suggested I give up my existence to work hardcore on Unequal Children, which is probably my most neglected story but the one (I feel) with the most potential. It's also the most difficult story on my list (and, secretly, probably my favorite if I could ever write it).
Thoughts? Opinions?

Date: 2004-12-02 03:31 am (UTC)And I think Unequal Children would work, although so could Butterfly or probably Grave.
We'd cheer you on madly, you know that. But you'd probably have to sacrifice your nearest batch of deadlines. ^^;;;

I didn't think you'd read Unequal. That's probably the one I'll go with, though Grave is certainly tempting. Can I hit you up to help me rehaul Unequal so I can rewrite the first chapters to match my changed style?

Date: 2004-12-02 12:53 pm (UTC)One thing, though. I didn't read the whole thing, but make sure YOU still keep the copyright on your story, even if you submit it. Otherwise, you may find them stealing your plot.
