This day is going really really really well. Except I have a caffeine headache, but really - that's easily fixed.

Cookies for the office, gifties from the boss, someone just gave me two months of paid LJ time ^_^, Sarah isn't speaking to me, I'm reading a totally cool book (The Eyre Affair), and AND

OMFG I want a Nintendo DS. It's cool and sparkly and I was playing FFI all shiny and new and I WANT ONE. It's a good thing I def can't afford to pay 150+ for the damn thing. But it's so coooooool.

Also am working on a new short story, which I think all will like, even though I don't think I'll have treasure ready like I wanted -_-; So one bad thing, but eh. We'll live.

Now for more coffee*loves you all, except S who isn't speaking to me*

*grin* the funny thing is that he's using the exact same texts I did for my cambridge "A" levels so i identify even more with it and know exactly where he's coming from *laugh*

i've got the rest of the books but *sheepish* haven't read them yet but things definitely look like they're getting somewhere interesting ^^

Book two falls a little short of the brilliance of one but three and four are HYSTERICAL! He's got a new one coming out in the spring but I think it's a new series :)

Thanks XD I felt kind of stupid. I'm just glad I caught it, because otherwise Megan wouldn't have gotten her card.

And did you notice that she put the not speaking to her on her list of why it was a good day? <.

Oh yessss.. I did indeed notice that. I do think she's going to regret that too. *EVIL GRIN*

*Knows where you live, but would get hopelessly lost once she got off the two-lane roads and is therefore a bad stalker.* ... I could mail myself there in a box.

M: "Dude, S. WTF did you order this time?"

S: "I didn't order anything."

M: "Liar." *pokes box with a stick and promptly screams like a girl.* "It moved!"

Box: "Lemme out!"

S: *runs screaming into the night*

*Three weeks later, the box is still on the front step. In desperation, Alison finally breaks from trying to reason with her "captors."*

Box: "I'm yaoi?"

S&M (Because it's funny to refer to y'all as that.): "Hooray!" *Open box.*

Alison: "The light! The light! I've missed it so!"

S&M: *Are sadly dissapointed. Shut Alison back up in box and mark with "Return to Sender."*

Box: *Goes back to Moatsville.*

Alison's Mom: "Dude, WTF did you order this time?"

Alison's Dad: "I didn't order anything."

Box: *Dies.*

The End

screams like a girl

Do you mean "little girl" or is there something you're not telling us?

January's National Geographic has an article on caffeine. I'd say more about it, but I read it really fast while half-listening to my mother yammer on about my sister. -.-? It had a pic of some neat chocolates I want to try to duplicate.

One thing I think I remember from the article is that it's the most widely used body altering drug. That and, it can be bad for you. An apple has just as much "awakening effect" as a cup of coffee, I've heard. Not that I'm trying to take it away from you (from your cold, dead hands, I'm sure) but it's something to think about.

Heh. I've said before that Caffeine is going to be the death of me. But I do keep stuff like that in mind, and I actually drink less now than I once did.

An apple? I don't think I could take an apple first thihng in the morning.
