maderrToday is my twenty-second birthday...and the house is empty, and I have to be at work in 4 hours. Personally, I find this hilarious. Plus I'll be on plane Thursday morning, headed for California and Yaoi con!!! so it's hard to get me down.
To further the humor, today is also Colombus Day and the Navy's birthday. If the Navy guys next door to the restaurant order a pizza tonight, I'm going to knock them silly.
My parents (who are paying for most of yaoi con) bought me this cute little glass frog wearing a crown. We all know the allusion - it's really cute. Plus my brother is sending backthe PS2 he ganked when he went to school, so it's really been a good day so far (except for the cats, who sliced my arm open. It was oozing blood all morning, yuck).
At least it's not on a Friday this year - I catch major hell when my birthday is Friday, the 13th of October. People just point at me and laugh, saying "You're going to die." Then I slug them.
