So some amusement. Couple of coworkers are talking about how Awesome!Amazing!Incredible! cast iron is for cooking. I guess it's becoming fashionable. I wonder if the realize it's standard equipment down south.

My dad has a really sweet cast iron frying pan. It has been seasoned perfectly, and he's kept it that way for at least 35 years.
