*giggles* It's a good thing we don't all live near you, or there would be lots of people with big sad puppy eyes surrounding you and begging for cookies...XD
Meanie! It's an obscenely early hour of the morning here, and I'm still on my first cup of tea...and now I want freaking cookies!
*pouts* They have evidently never heard of proper Oatmeal Raisin cookies in Oz. The closest thing is an Anzac biscuit, which although it has oatmeal, is missing the raisins and is served *hard*.
*whines* I like soft, chewy cookies.
Oatmeal raisin cookies are on the list of things that I miss from home...along with Monterey Jack cheese and good Tex-Mex/Southwestern fusion cuisine. (I want some of my momma's buffalo chili in the worst way!)
*sings* I have cooooooooooookieeeees! *chomp, chomp*
Actually, I've found that the Nestle's pre-made cookie dough you can get at the grocery store is quite nummy. Plus, you only have to make as much as you want to and store the rest. It's already sectioned off, and you just pop it in the oven to bake. Fast, simple, and not too expensive.
COOOOKIIIIESSSSSSSSS..... WANTS COOKIESS......
