So all my student loans are consolidated and paid through salliemae. Up 'til now they've been great, easy, convenient.

I was a bit confused when it said I only owed 118.00 this month and not my usual 320.00 (I make two payments each month, for different loans - fed and not fed I think). I figured it just had to do with the way the payment schedule worked.

Got something from another consolidation place today, and opened it just for the hell of it, figuring it would be junk.

No. It was a mother fucking bill. For $405.00. Because apparently salliemae MOTHERFUCKING GAVE HALF MY LOANS TO THIS COMPANY WITHOUT MY GODDAMN PERMISSION OR EVEN MOTHERFUCKING TELLING ME.

Monday somebody is going to get motherfucking bitched out about this hardcore. I never received ANY notice of this and I do not appreciate salliemae giving out my information and loans without getting my say so. If they sent me an email? Never got it. My junk filters are ruthles, efficient beasts. They should have mother fucking called me or at least sent me something via standard mail. Now I'm late with a payment I can't swing 'til next week because salliemae is a stupid fucking cunt.

Salliemae is so entirely fucking going to pay for this. Literally and figuratively. I'm so goddamn pissed right now.

Umm...that doesn't sound legal... and you definitely need to get ahold of them and tell those cuntmonkeys off. Don't they have a hotline you can call on the weekends? That doesn't sound right at all. Blah. I'm sorry, Spanks, I wish I could help you. If it makes you feel any better, Sallie Mae is here in D.C. and I'll be happy to drive over and run over whoever the fuckwit is who did that. I've heard of other companies doing that to people.

I don't see how they could legally foist your loans off to another company without notifying you first! That's ridiculous! Perhaps you'll get lucky and this is just a weird oversight that happens like, once in a blue moon, and it happened to happen to you... but of course, we know that's probably not the case and that Salliemae are just fuckwads.

Kick, bite, and scratch. It's the only solution.

ouch. yeah, i also don't think that's legal. don't you have to sign for things like that? they aren't allowed to toss aroung SSN and info like that. so give them hell definetly.

Hmmm...that sounds a little like something that someone tried on me. I called my company and told them what someone was trying, and they took care of it. It could very well be that they did NOT do this, and someone is trying to scam you. So calm down and just call Salliemae and check.
