maderrMy yuletide story has been well-received, which makes me happy.
Work is still getting me down, but I shall persevere. Still need to turn in my request sheet for April (have it filled out though). That will be something to look forward to, and I hope I leave them right in the middle of the stupid scanning project.
Wrote two pages of prisoner last night...except it's a scene that could and should have been six pages min *headdesk*
Am inordinately tired these days. Just like college. Which means I know the *exact* reason and really need to get around to fixing it.
Managed to clean the living, study and to a lesser degree my bedroom last night. Only the kitchen is left, blah.
Have many resolutions for New Year's but I think my main one is setting realistic goals (as in: what I'll do, not what I should be fully capable of doing, blah).
Speaking of which, I should be writing not playing on LJ. But ugh, it's so goddamn hard just to stay awake.
So many problems and none of them will go away. Does life ever settle down? I'd do *anything* to wake up for just one day and not have all these worries.
Ah, well. I'm starting to whine too much again, so had best stop. Goals for this week are: Finish Midsummer ('cause I'm gonna try to submit it somewhere) and at least one chapter of Prisoner. These are doable and not back-breaking. *Nods*

Soon I will be down to one place of employment. More time less money better food cause I'll have time to cook, more internet-again time (you know the internet isn't just for the paying of bills anymore), more time to clean :P, time to read- sigh.
