maderrThe irony of all this is that when I was alone I couldn't wait to get help, and now that i have help I would kill to be alone again.
Meh.
Retail therapy: Blew almost forty bucks on B&B stuff - shower gel and body spray. Both of which I needed, and if I can be B&B for five bucks a pop, it's money well spent. And I have I mentioned it's nice to have money I can spend without guilting? Even with this splurge, I'm doing all right - not OMG Wonderful! but I'm not sitting here feeling awful for buying it. I got a gel and spray each for Cherry Blossom, Black Raspberry Vanilla and White Tea & Ginger. <3
It's the little things.
Still wish I could go home *now*. But about three hours left. I can manage.

Date: 2006-01-11 07:22 pm (UTC)This is probably oversharing, but that smell makes me think of sex (we won't get into why, that really would be oversharing). There is a woman at work who, while I don't hate her, I prefer to not be in her presence. This is compounded by her over-use of that scent, and my horrible confusion/revulsion at smelling it on her. You'd think I would dislike the smell, now... but I don't.
I'm glad the retail therapy helped!
