Back at work. Didn't really miss it.

Wrote chapters 7-9 of Sandstorm yesterday. But am doubting my ability to keep the politics, who knows what, who knows who straight. Am really really hoping to submit this story to Iris Press (Print? Not enough coffee in my system...). Then need to go back and finish Burning Bright and Prisoner, then the stories I still owe people.

Ahahaha. Speaking of stories, I keep hearing this line in my head:

"So a priest, a werewolf, and a vampire walk into a bar."

Followed by a fight later in the bar, where the priest says:

"Bitch, don't make me get my uzi."

I have no idea.

Now off to write out more of Sandstorm before I must get to earning the paycheck.

.... you say anything werewolf or vampire related, and my brain says Midsummer... ^^; And that story is so delightfully bonkers anyway, I'm sure you could fit an uzi-toting priest in there somewhere.. ;)

.... 9.9 Thou... it'd work in DwtD too, wouldn't it? ^.^; The atmosphere is still more Midsummer-y, though... ^^
