maderrAm about to start BB, but I wanted to babble about FFVII: DoC for a bit.
A cool trailer thing set to Gackt's song for the game (or so I keep reading it's Gackt singing; if so, it's the first song of his I've ever really really and truly liked. Ang salivates over that man and his voice, but he was never my cup of tea).
*Vincent remains my boyfriend.
*The bit where Cid lights his cigarette is sexy. That man is hot, I don't care what anyone says.
*Cloud is goofy goggles love.

*When did Reeve get that good looking? He comes out as a real and true good guy and suddenly gained +5 Hot Points?

*I have this sinking feeling, as I skulk around looking at pretties in Fangirl Mode, that this game is angling toward Vincent/Yuffie. I love Yuffie, don't get me wrong. I'm probably one of maybe three people in the whole world that does genuinely like her. But I don't think I ever saw her and Vincent together, except in a "yeah, try and make that work, go ahead" sort of wayand he kinda looks hotter with Cid anyway. Age difference aside...Yuffie would have had to develop and change a lot in three years to be a viable love interest for Mr. Unrequited Love Which Continues to Haunt My Existence (though I could argue on that point for ages, except the other fangirls would drag me out into the street and beat me for daring to suggest that so far as the first game went, Vincent seemed to settle a lot with himself but I digress)
*Red XIII is a badass motherfucker. If all the badasses of the world were to battle, Red XIII would take them all. Do not fuck with the flaming kitty (the most amusing part being that he's mild mannered generally, soft spoken, and only about the rough equivalent of 19 by this point).
