For serious.

Was going to do some chores tonight, had the motivation and everything. Then work bitch slapped us. Every single day we run about 100 miles an hour getting shit done? Yesterday and today? 200 miles easy. I simply do not have the energy to come home and do more work.

My shoulder hurts to the point I could cry. Nothing is working. Usually it eases when I sleep, but lately it just gets worse and worse no matter what I do.

I'm going to shower, the hot water helps a little bit, then I don't know.

I say, go to a doctor. If there really is something wrong, then options can be explained. But make sure you don't buy it when they say 'this has the symptoms that you're feeling but oh, the chances of it happening in a healthy young person your age are slim to none' because it's not true. And besides... doctors give out medication, and I couldn't that'll help if only for a bit.

I'm going to write more monsters for you, as soon as I finish my own shower! Feel better. :(

*hugs* ;_; Take the night for yourself and do something mindless and relax. It definitely sounds like you deserve and need the break. I hope it calms down, and I hope your shoulders get to feeling better.

My shoulder does that when I'm really stressed. I wish I could offer some remedy, but... I don't have one. I just suffer through. Once the stress is gone, the pain fades with it. It kinda sounds like that might be what it is, but could you have pulled a muscle?

My shoulder has a tendency to hurt. It's usually a deep, burning pain in one shoulder blade that spirals down my arm. I find that reflexology helps a whole lot - I massage the side of my hand between the bottom of the pinky and the wrist does major wonder for controlling the pain. (I think my problem is that I have two fused disks where they collapsed and grew together when I fell off a horse and landed on my head.)

Barring that, maybe you should see a chiropractor. Your shoulder might be out of place.

Are you taking any anti-inflammatories? I recommend Naproxen/Aleve. Start that, then try twenty minutes of ice, followed by twenty minutes of that heat pad thing, rest for twenty and repeat. Do you remember doing any trauma to it?
