For those that might not know, she is rather freakin' badass when it comes to the English language. She can fix fiction, non, I believe she even helpsjolena with her poetry from time to time. Being her sister has never gotten me any punches pulled - I believe at least twice I have completely scrapped an entire story at her bidding ^__^ But when she says it works, by god it works. She does word choice, sentence structure, content, all of it.
I believe the comm focuses primarily on structure and word choice and all, as I have seen way too many betas that sadly do not know proper grammar as well as they ought -- or know how it should be properly employed in fiction, which is a completely different kettle of fish.
She will also be doing weekly lessons (and for possible amusement, I do believe from time to time she'll be hacking up some of my sentences ^^;;;) if that is of interest.
So check it out and if you need help with anything, she is the one to whom I always turn. (Saammmiieeee, is it lay or lie here? Meggie! I've told you this a hundred times!)
