I hate this waiting crap. I'm going to go insane.

So. My Sammikins called me last night, and she mentioned that some news station (I think local? don't quote me) mentioned in passing that the next Bond movie (with Daniel Craig *___*) might feature some sort of homoerotica. Still just a rumor, of course, but even thinking about Daniel Craig touching another man inappropriately... I tell you, it's like Christmas. I think I'll write Mac/Bond at some point in my travels, hee.

Now to go and get some coffee, cause caffeine is so what a jittery and nervous and restless Megan needs >_>

Sammikins finally conned me onto facebook, so I've been playing with that all morning rather than finishing up the last shreds of my packing ^^;;

What's the swan with the arrow through its neck?

Some sort of statue in what's supposed to be a fountain. It stands in front of the Roman & Dacian Civilization Museum in Deva... said museum is closed now, but the swan remains.

Interesting. Is there a story that goes with it or some significance? The building looks pretty, the color is woah pink. These pictures are awesome. I sooo wish I could visit. I remember trekking around scotland looking at the castles and all. Heh, and I couldn't pronounce anything there either ^^;;

The building is only mildly pink compared to some that I've seen. Still, somewhat fitting. I have no idea what the swan stands for, since here was no one around so I could ask.

The other is a fragment of a Roman-Christian tombstone. XD

huh. cool. you'd never see pink like that except in Florida or California, generally. Unless it was an adult store or an ice cream parlor.

That's a storage chest that doubled as a bench. The furniture style is pretty much Medieval Hungarian.
