Wednesday, yay!

maderrWeek is approaching half done, eeexcellent.
Ever have one of those nights where you wake up constantly, toss and turn and are up before your alarm(s) and feel oddly awake, knowing full well you're going to go down like the Titanic in roughly two hours?
Yeah, buddy, it's going to be an interesting day >_>;; Ugh.
In other news, I'm not half bad a cook when I bother to try. People like to constantly make fun of me for being a bad cook and all, but I'm actually half-decent. Last night I made one of these whole grain rice a roni things I bought. It was something garlic italiano. Mixed that with some ground pork, then stirred in a bit of spaghetti sauce. Twas very yummy. Like a psuedo-italian version of spanish rice or something. Had it with a salad. Next time I'll have to remember to get some bread (and wine, cause beer was okay but wine would have been better).
Also they had the fancy brands of brownies stuffs on sale, so I got one called Peanut Butter Passion. It's a layer thing - peanut butter then chocolate then more peanut butter and more chocolate. *_*
Leftovers will make for a very tasty lunch. It was a splurge, all of it, but I was sick and tired of eating ramen x_x
In other news, I suspect the Halloween story I started is a bust for that. It's probably going to be too long, given I'm five pages in and have a lot of ground still to cover. There is one thing I could do to change and possibly shorten it...we'll see.
Work started out righteously shitty yesterday, hopefully that means all will go well today. Given I barely slept, I think da rulz say it has to go well ^^;;
It occured to me yesterday that if I finish editing a handful of fairytales, one fairytale book should be good to go. Then I only have to finish writing Ogre of the Black Mountain and the second one will be ready to go, then I will have to start writing all new ones to fill a third book ^___^ So, this weekends goals are - stuffs for jagen's project, finally write out idea for rising stars, thing with prisoner, and edit fairytales. >_> note to self, buy more coffee.
