Ideally, yes. ^_^ But there is something different in doing something so clothing will fit better versus doing something all the time because you don't like a part of yourself. I have the opposite of M's problem, as do most of the women in my family. If you stuff your bra once or twice so that a shirt fits better or looks more flattering? Eh, no biggie. It's not quite the same as going out and getting a boob job.
But yeah, I see what you're getting at. There is that potential for abuse. ^_^;;
