Want to watch OZ tonight ;__; but as per usual, I feel I must write (and it's not that I mind writing, but every now and then it'd be nice to watch TV without feeling hideously guilty).

Ugh. Trying to format fairytales for lulu. All I feel is stupid, and it doesn't help when I'm told to just send it to someone else who can do it easily x_x I can't help I fucking suck at computers. I muddle through, but having more than a few geeks or otherwise computer 1337 friends leaves Megan feeling very stupid indeed. Ah, well. I'll get over it, and hopefully my book won't look too much like crap when I'm done. Blah.

Making spaghetti for dinner ^_^ Might fix tea, we'll see. Lots of yummy chocolate courtesy of the lovely Alice.

In editing fairytales, altered the endings slightly for two of them - Perfect and The Toad Prince. Am most pleased, they are much more what I originally intended.

Hmm....not much else. Can't decide if I want to continue the losing battle with formatting Fairytales or go write DwtD Necromancer story, which I think I might be closer to pwning.

If you'd like me to look over your stuff once you've formatted it (or even if you get sick and want to pawn off the job) I'd love to do it. I'm one of those sick people that actually enjoys that stuff. I want to do it so badly with my own stuff for Lulu, but can't because I don't have anything far enough along to play with. ;_;

I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to go about formatting stuff for Lulu. You are not alone in your lack of know how. Good luck with that. ^_^

What if I gave you a book of coupons for 1 hour of guilt free tv watching apiece? 10 coupon to a book and you earn a book ever time you finish a whole story, or finish editing or formatting a whole story. For chapters, written or edited or formatted, you get two coupons. Drabbles are 1 coupon for 2 drabbles. ^_^

Maybe you can figure out why suddenly my TOC no longer is allowing me to righ-justify the numbers. It did it fine, then I changed stuff and deleted it and went to put it back in and now I am not allowed to right-justify it x_x I'm sick of looking at it.

My mind froze at fairytales WEEEEEEE.

I am sure all of those who know how to format the stuff, will walk you through if need be so a) it gets done without too much headdesking and b) you know exactly how to do the next book yourself :)

Rewards systems are teh hot. If I make myself a chart with little squares to fill in when I've done the thing I have to do, I don't even really care if I get the prize at the end. The squares are filled in!!! [/look into my crazy brain]

It's pretty cool. Thick and sticky, great for making snow men. Which I did not do. After shoveling out the garage and the path to the chicken, I was ready to come in. As far as tomorrow... it is still snowing, and is supposed to snow into the evening tomorrow, buy Bowdoin is stupid and figures that with the students all on campus, they never have to close. So they rarely call weather emergencies. They let us leave at 3pm today, but that was mostly so the plow trucks could do their thing. Eh. If I stay home I'll have to do chores.^_^

Little better. Helped not having to stand on it all day. Still, would be nice if it didn't bother me at all. *sigh* I guess we'll see for sure on the morrow.

I have noticed a trend of you thinking bad thoughts about yourself.
This must stop. Authors have editors for a reason. They do the grunt work so to speak so the author is free to work on the story. If you have formattors, avail yourself of them. Let them play their part. Yours is the more important, you are the creative genius.
