Well, I felt horribly guilty calling in sick but I managed to finish Highwayman, so it's hard to feel too guilty, really. There's still one thing I'd like to fix, that refused to cooperate with me, but we'll see.

I really wish fsking UPS would hurry up and deliver my damn books.

Now, do I read or write? I do owe Nikery dwtd dragons, and there is a new idea in there I wanted to play with the other day, hmm. So long as I resist The Somnambulist and the other books I have coming in today, I should be able to start on it ^^;;

Glad that despite your pain, you still managed to be productive. (Something I cannot say I am during 'those times'.) Don't feel guilty. Even though you weren't working at work-work, you still worked on something else. You're entitled to watch over your health. Remember not to push yourself.

In regards to The Somnambulist, I've never heard of it, but the synopsis sounds very interesting and right up my alley. Anything that is able to be compared to Alice in Wonderland and still be dark and hilarious makes me want to run to a bookstore. Alas, to be a poor student. If you cannot resist temptation and read it, maybe a small book review?

Don't feel guilty! You were feeling awful, got rest, and still managed to get stuff done. Props to you!

(Oh, and, I um, finished the Harem mini-series, and half-way through the Knights trilogy, and recommended Kidnapped to a friend. *GRIN* ^^;; sorry sorry, but you're not going to be rid of me after this. *attacks stories*)

Victor! Aww...I liked how that one ended. ^^ I think the last was my favorite actually.

Also, took a break to read a short story. "A Dozen Roses"? XD I started giggling halfway through just because of what Jim was up to (because there's no way he wasn't up to it) and Cliff being clueless and cute-angry and thrusting roses (I got the BEST image of this angry kid just shoving the roses under the other's nose. Which is, essentially, what happened. Good imagery, that!) at Irwin andandand yeah. Jim is awesome.

Um...I hope you're feeling better!

I hope today was better and you had a fine day (not finished yet, I know). Hopefully too, the last thingy that didn't want to cooperate will soon and we'll see new "Lulus" from you.
Perhaps will I let me tempted by The Somnambulist too (when the account will be in a better state, even if first I've got 2 Lulus from you to buy (Prisoner, now that I at least read it can't wait to put my hands on it *___* )
