I admit Prisoner has its flaws. And I don't deny I'm mostly a fanciful writer. That's what romance by and large is and, really, so is fantasy. But what am I supposed to make of a criticism that says it sounds like it's largely an imaginative work that sounds like I have little real experience on which to draw?

Fucking duh? Sorry, I'll just pop on over and fight in a war for a bit. I don't lead an exciting life, but I put more of what I have exp. into my stories than people might think.
