I will never eat toast again

Okay, friend gives me a link to a rather amusing response to a flame. That is irrelevant but it sets the scene. I asked my friend what she was doing on a website pertaining to hanson fanfiction, and she explained that a friend of her's had stumbled across after reading a bad harry potter fanfic. Okay, harmless enough. My friend sends me the link for the bad h.p. fic for fun, and I decide to read it.

Now, I mean no disrespect to the writer whatsoever. If she (or he?) ever comes across this post, I humbley apologize for hurting his or her feelings, bashing the story, whatever. But I read all manner of fics, from the silly, fluffy ones to the plot heavy, complicated ones to the pwp's and anything that falls between. It's hard to scare me.

I am utterly traumatized by this fic. There are no words to describe to you how...numb...I was after reading it. Suffice to say I have threatened my friend with severed bodily harm for foisting the story upon me.

I will never, ever, EVER be able to eat toast again. In fact, I don't think I'll ever be able to sleep again. I may never be able to have sex.... EVER, EVER, EVER.

drake, of all people I didn't think you'd be dumb enough to actually read it. I would have preferred that you not join me in my abstention of toast.

jesus, just thinking about that fic is making me ill all over again.
