maderrSo lately this guy has been stumbling around the neighborhood in the mornings. He smells like his religion is against baths, and I'm pretty certain that religion is gin. He always tells me good morning, though, and gets kinda miffed if I don't reply. I figure it's better to be polite, so I say good morning.
A van almost ate it today, on my way home. The dumb woman decided she didn't have to obey the stoplight, started to make a turn, and then went OH SHIT THAT BUS HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY. Our driver got game, though, and managed to avoid making the van go crunch. Very very near thing, though.
I do like the summer, most of the crazy people stop taking the bus to do other things. Nice, half-empty, mostly sane bus. All I have to put up with right now are the people who don't want to have to share their seats with a white girl.
