Sadly, he is one of the major reasons I watch the show obsessively (of course, the random interjections of odd mythology are draws as well)...
Let's see, Since I've lived with my suitemates this year, I've managed to successfully convert 5 people to the awesomeness that is Supernatural. My life is complete. Speaking of which, I just finished sitting someone else down to a random episode (i.e. brainwashing him to join the cult) and have gone through Season 1 for the 4th time I believe.
I work nights, 12 hour shifts, and what we do is watch movies and tv shows. No one but me had seen Supernatural, and I couldn't have that. So, amid protests, moans and much bitching, I put it on. When we got calls to go do things, no one wanted to go because they all wanted to stay and watch the show. And that's just my recent bit of conversions.
Brainwashing people to the wonderfulness of Supernatural is a full time, but rewarding job.
His scream about the cat in the locker? hilarious. I didn't know he could go that high XD and the smile on his face when he's all 'manning the flashlight' is just so adorable XD
It's ridiculous right? Everyone rolls their eyes at the word "Supernatural" - though, yes, I admit the title is somewhat "snicker worthy" but once you force them to watch it (oh say under the guise of using their tv so you can watch this really special tv show you're writing a research paper on...) they are HOOKED. Even my super macho guy friends tune in Thursday nights! It's a deep, dark secret though...
Unrelated: I was just rereading Midsummer's Moon, and in one of the drabbles you mentioned a story about Connor and Toni? Did I somehow miss it, or is it only available for purchase? (If the latter, I've got to say your stories are probably on my Top Five Reasons To Get A Job list.)
