So, day started out kinda iffy, though not in an oh woe kind of way. Could not find my keys, barely made my bus, got stuck with three different asshats sitting next to me--and right as I was getting off the bus, a guy says to me You might want to careful.

That wigged me out a little bit. For no good reason, of course, but past events have made me paranoid and jumpy. But, I know when I overreact, so I simply told my boss that I might not be at work tomorrow because a guy on the bus warned me to be careful.

After that, shit just got ridiculous. The fun started with me spilling my coffee, right where two tables meet so it went down between them and got all over the wires and crap of the one computer. Even the surge protector. That nothing got zapped was a miracle.

Then I kept droppinig stuff. Or tripping over stuff. Or misplacing stuff.

And the final piece?

Was so busy reading on the bus, that I blew past my stop and it took me like five-ten minutes to realize it. Had to stand out in the rain and wait for my tolerant roomie to come get me. Crazy, crazy, crazy.

I hope everyone had Wednesdays far quieter than mine ^__^

Oh, Lord! I had a day that started that way recently. Almost said 'screw it' and went back to bed, for the safety of the rest of the world. Luckily my klutziness wore off faster than yours.

*pets* Here's to a better evening, and rest of the week!! At least you have a great attitude about it.

*glomps*

Heh, my dad called me right as I hung up with my roomie, and I told him all about it. I said I felt like a hooker, standing on the corner waiting for roomie to show up. He called back later to say he found me a client.

*grins* Aww, he loves you!!! How sweet.

I was going to try for a joke in the way of S being your client... something around giving you a ride... but it just sounded creepy instead of funny. Creepy is bad.

It sounds almost like a fictional story: Our heroine is jinxed unawares, and the next day all things (on a minor scale) that can go wrong and vex her do so. A stranger on the bus can sense the ill-meant magic surrounding her and advises caution, knowing that if he mentions magic she will dismiss him but unable to sit quietly by without giving ehr some warning. As the day progresses the jinx causes havoc (on a minor scale) until our heroine is left stranded in the rain. What shall become of her next...?

Hopefully a hot cabana boy happens next, but our intrepid hero doubts it.
