How is it that every single year, I can never find the gloves I used the previous? I'm going to buy a box and put WINTER CRAP on it, and put all my stuff inside it, so I stop losing my gloves and toboggan and everything else that would make going out in 29 degrees much less painful. Honestly, you'd think I'd learn. Every year we go through this, however. Sheesh.

On a more positive note, gingerbread creamer is made of win.

Edit: Found the toboggan \o/ Now just the gloves need found ^__^

What's a toboggan? O.o

Also, most of my winter stuff doesn't last long enough to make it to the next winter. I buy gloves every year. Shawl is standard fare except in summer so they last me 1 year, 2 tops, and sometimes I try to buy hats or caps but I have a very small head so that hardly ever works out.

It's a winter hat. My grandmother calls them Toboggans. It's a Southern thing, I think?

Ha! This happens to gloves/hats/scarves in my house as well. I put them in a special drawer when it gets warm... and still cannot find them in the fall. I think they might migrate to colder climates and decide to stay there.

Sometimes.. I can't find my gloves because they're in one of my coat pockets.. and I discover it when I wear said coats. The good thing is that sometimes it's useful when you leave without remembering gloves and lo and behold, there's a pair in your coat! :D

Other names: skull cap, watch cap, knit cap, ski cap. It's the tight-fitting knit hats a lot of people wear during winter.
