The sight of yet another fucking this story contains d/s, spanking blah blah blah leaves you feeling bored out of your mind. Seriously -__- I pine for a nice, simple, vanilla story. The whole kink seen has been worked to the point it's boring as goddamn fuck. I'm so utterly sick of perfectly good stories going he was so happy to find someone who spanked him like he had always secretly desired out of the goddamn blue. I swear to god the whole thing makes me pine for a sticky sweet g-rated story. I'mma gonna write something called Cotton Candy and it's going to put everyone into diabetic shock, I swear to god.

That is to say, I'm going to spend this whole week cranky and vaguely ill because I know I'll fail my test on Saturday, and I don't think it's normal to worry this much about something so stupid. I don't understand why I freak out about driving, when everyone else is so meh about it. Yet more proof that I can write well, but am shit for everything else.

I really can't wait to go home.

Sarah and I bought a new rug the other day. We were *.* when we saw it, but figured way out of our range. The tag said $79.00. Sarah went and asked them if that was a typo. It was not. She bought it. We found out today the normal retail price for the thing is $299.00. Win! \o/

LOL, I totally agree. It just seems so fad-ish at this point. And anything that smacks of a fad brings out my oppositional side like whoa. lol, I still have a book sitting around that I can't bring myself to read b/c it says 'best seller' on it. If that many people liked it... it can't possibly be good. Yeah, my logic: not so logical. But it works for me.^_^

*snugs* Good luck on Saturday. Hopefully you can stop thinking about it until then. Having a healthy respect for the responsibility of driving a car, and perhaps some apprehension of the lack of respect that some drivers have, sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Don't be too impatient with yourself. Most of us had months to learn before taking the test.

I know exactly what you mean, I was reading ebooks a lot a few weeks ago, but just go tired of all the kink: bdsm, threesomes, D/s (which I don't read) now I know that there are a lot of people that like that, but just about every ebook I would come across contained a threesome and the same with regular fanfic. Like somoene said, it seemed like the latest fad: Gee, vanilla sex is just so last year, so lets throw in some kink in some, usuallly unbelievealbe, way and see if everyone reads it....

I started rereading stories I already had that didn't contain the kink (and your stories were at the top of that list) just to wash my brain out..

Driving totally freaked me out in the beginning. I'm sorta used to it now, but parts of it still freak me out (You will never get me to drive in San Francisco, for example). Honestly, I think the only reason I passed my test is b/c the third time I went someplace different, and instead of getting the bitchy lady, I got a guy who saw I was nervous and tried to relax me. If I hadn't had such a reassuring tester, I don't know if I would have passed.
