Argh.

This is what I hate about my books. Under what f'ing genre does DwtD go? Romance? Supernatural? Gay? Not really good enough for mystery, hmm. They never let me pick all of them, the fuckers -__-

Ha! I haven't been on createspace in forever, man ^__^ They have betas running on uploading word files, and a cover creator. Not that I need it, since I can sort of muddle through making my own mediocre covers now, but it's still handy for those times I can't fucking think wth to do with a book. I do love createspace.

Scratch that, their cover creator is like a million times nicer and more user friendly that lulu. This is awesome.

Nevermind, I'm back to hating them. A bookstore had a closing sale today, and I was looking forward to buying a few volume of manga that Iv'e been really wanting--but fucking createspace jacke dup their pro plan thingie to 40.00 fucking dollars. *sigh* No TRC or XHolic for me today, alas. Should be working anyway.

Argh. DwtD will be 9x6, because like a moron I forgot to change it to the smaller size. So, am sorry. I know people prefer the smaller size I used for Always and the compiled fairytales.

personally, i would think supernatural because, of the three, i think it covers more of all the little plotlines than 'romance' or 'gay'. you could easily put it under any of them, so it probably isn't a huge deal. *shrugs*

i'd read it under any genre :)

Hmmm, now see, my first instinct would be to put it under gay or romance, because if I were doing a search for this type of book, that's where I'd look first. ^_^;; Ideally, they'd let you do gay/supernatural. -_- I think it's mean of them not to let you. Grr. How are people supposed to find the books they want to read if you're not allowed to put them under the heading that would help them find said book? X_x

Anyway, my two cents, for what it's worth. ^_^;;

Also! I sent you an email last night and one this morning.

I finally just went with romance/paranormal and decided the key words would give away teh gay *shakes head*

Yes, and emails are cheering me muchly while formatting books makes me grouchy ^___^ Nice balance. I'm happy you're enjoying the story so much already.

You can only have one category? ugh, that sucks. Supernatural with a strong indication of romance?

Which volumes of Tsubasa are you missing? I've stopped collecting it, too many other things on my plate at the moment and i need the shelf space. If you want any of them let me know.

Forgot to mention it would just be random gift. Otherwise I'll just wait til the anime convention this fall (lol, yes, planning way in advance) and trade them in with the dealer who takes trades. I sorely need my shelf space, I definitely have a trip to the used bookstore planned. The last three books i've bought have really been a let down and they just need to go away.

I have up to 14 in TRC, if you really do not mind parting with them.

The genre question reminded me of something I read on amazon that amused me. Someone reviewing Prisoner complained that it was too much fantasy and not enough gay. And I quote "It's not gay if all they do is kiss." When I told my sister this her response was "I must not be a lesbian anymore, I haven't had sex in a year."

Apparently the reviewer is the type of person who wants the stuff Torque publishes. In her eyes gay=smut. However, she was trying to say that without saying that her real problem was that you had more plot than smut. She still gave you four stars, or I'd have been pissed, because it's a stupid thing to complain about in a review of a novel. As it is, it's just amusing.

*laugh* That's awesome. I never read those reviews, I didn't even know I had any. Well, it's good to know that in order for it to be gay, there has to be more than kisses. Man, I totally fail at writing slash 90% of the time.
