maderrDance with the Devil and Midnight are both technically ready for purchase--at this point, I'm only waiting for Amazon to get the pages up. Createspace does have its own purchase links, but I'm pretty certain peeps prefer amazon. Hopefully they'll be up in the next few days, but worst case they'll be up by week after next.
