maderrNo sleep for Megan. The next time I say "oh, I think I'll read a few chapters of the slightly-creepy sounding books" somebody smack me. Not only did I not stop reading it, now I'm not sure how well I'll sleep.
But oh man what a gorgeous book. It sounds like one thing when you read the back, then when you get to the "oh shit" part of the book you're like "wait one fucking minute. did he just say what I think he said?" and it's really fucking cool and creepy.
Mother, Miss Morbid, the two of you will heart this book. It's called The Boys Are Back in Town, written by Christopher Golden and the link for it is here.
If we're still trying to figure out what to get Megan for her birthday or Christmas, get the rest of his books.
Gah. Fucking cool book. If his others are even half so good the man just joined my list of eternal favs. He can fill the void left by 'I found Jesus' Koontz.
