Worked a bit on the house today - got wet hauling boxes to car and shortly thereafter started feeling like crap. But we made a bit of progress, if not as much as we'd wanted. For those still interested, we're painting the weekend after we get back from yaoi-con.

Now to write. Am working on the next chapter of Sixpence, and then will crack down on Kidnapped, which is currently my pet short story. When it's done, I don't think anyone will be disappointed I'm focusing on it. Then if I still have time and energy, I shall move back to Embrace.

Have finaly begun watching Gravitation, which I have avoided for obvious reasons - I don't like music-genre stories. Shuichi needs to stop putting crack on his breakfast cereal, Yuki is a textbook example of Angsty Bishounen and that other blonde that runs N-G screams Conniving Bastard but maybe I'm overreacting.

Off to eat messy rice and write now.

I have no idea. Maybe it's a play off of 'nettle'? But really, if you can take Shuichi and co thinking that "Bad Luck" is a GOOD name for a band...well, I guess I'm just used to the nonsensical names.

Wait until Shuichi starts singing "Spicy Marmalade". Yes, it's a song title. It's the only English in the song, iirc. Tho I'm not sure it's in the series. He does sing it in the OVA, though (which...is sort of not worth the trouble to dig up, imho.)
