And am ever curious as to why everyone puts up with said whining.
1. What is your favorite fic I've written?

Date: 2004-10-26 01:57 pm (UTC)1. What is your favorite fic I've written?
That is a really hard one, because I like Treasure so much. But I would have to go with The Tower.
2. What is your favorite series I've written?
I still like Treasure best.
3. What is your favorite pairing that I write?
Ummm...yes? Honestly, I can't decide.
4. What is a pairing you wish I'd try writing some time that I've never attempted?
How about something that started out as a war that ravages both sides and a small friendship that blossoms between two military companies, and the entire war ends up falling for those two companies to decide? (I'm just rambling off the top of my head now.)
5. What is the /pairing I've written that you wish I'd write more often?
Again, YES! You have so many characters that I like I can't decide.
6. What do you like about my writing?
You have a knack of creating likeable, REAL characters that are not perfect, can be annoying, but eventually win your heart.
7. What do you not like about my writing? [c'mon, be honest-->you're not gonna hurt my feelings, i really do wanna know.]
You have a penchant for making non-evil villains, and while I like the venue, and agree that oftentimes even antagonists have their good points, I have yet to see you have a truly BAD antagonist and have him show up for more than one scene. Mind you, I have not yet read all of your stories yet.
8. What was the first fic by me that you read?
Treasure

Date: 2004-10-26 02:40 pm (UTC)*snort* That would be my penchant for anime showing through, and my sekkret love of villians. A BAD villian, eh? That may actually be coming up in...whatever I decide to call Dragonmatch. But the observation is duly noted, and I shall keep it in mind when I'm writing.

Date: 2004-10-26 02:29 pm (UTC)I'd say Main Gauche but that might be a little biased. We'll go with Handcuffs. 'Cause those two are too damned adorable.
2. What is your favorite series I've written?
Toss up between Unequal Children and Embrace
3. What is your favorite pairing that I write?
umm... definite possibility in its being Cyan and the Captain.
4. What is a pairing you wish I'd try writing some time that I've never attempted?
You're working on that one. I think. You know which one I mean.
5. What is the /pairing I've written that you wish I'd write more often?
Seeing as you have started Kidnapped I'd say it's only a matter of time 'til Sean and Mendel show up again, so it's all good. [heart]
6. What do you like about my writing?
You're dialogue. We've been over this before.
7. What do you not like about my writing? [c'mon, be honest-->you're not gonna hurt my feelings, i really do wanna know.]
You've actually gotten a lot better at it, but it I would say the general lack of good description--in regards to chars at least. But as I've said, you've vastly improved upon that.
8. What was the first fic by me that you read? ooh... tough one. I don't even think remember. I was readin'em 'fore anyone else... so [snap] Ah! I remember: the prelims for Blossom--assuming that counts. heh

Hee hee. Working on it. Didn't we come up with a title? Because now I can't remember it...

Yeah -_-;; There's my laziness showing through *scribbles note* That's actually one of my goals for tbatb, so we'll see...
Blossom
Ye gods there's something I haven't heard about in ages. O_o That story must be awful these days. Where did I put the Outline O'Doom for that?

Date: 2004-10-26 02:40 pm (UTC)We all whine, and if you didn't you'd intimidate the crap out of me. Gotta have some sign in there that you're human too. ;3
1. I'm taking this to mean of your short stories, and I'd have to say it's a tie between Main Gauche and The Dragon and the Knight. (Although, I love No More Pretending too...)
2. Rainbow. That was my all time fav. Although, Treasure is a very, very, very close second. (And Kidnapped has so much potential to be addictive too...;_;)
3. I love your snarky boys. I particularly like the way Kin and Kyo go at it. ^-^
4. You know, I really can't think of one.
5. You know, I almost never think of your stuff in terms of pairings, I realize when I start out that there will be some kind of romance involved and I love that, but there are other things going on that makes the pairing secondary to the plot and the characterization. And I think I just answered part of 6 here.
6. I love your characters. I love the way you weave your characters into the plot and I love the dialogue you create for them.
7. The occasional typos. They've gotten better, but in the beginning, those quotation marks on a piece of dialogue that never had an ending set of quotation marks used to drive me nuts. (La, what a dumb thing to be anal about. >.<) I'd say too, that sometimes one half of the pairing doesn't get as characterized as the other, but you've really cleaned that up and refined your characters since I first started reading your stuff, IMO, and I don't think it counts anymore.
8. I think it was the first chapter of Rainbow. When I friended you, I knew you wrote, but since I was so into the HP fandom at the time, I was a bit reluctant to take a look. For some reason, that one just sparked my interest, so I took a peek, and wham! I wanted more. And you delivered in spades and I've been a happy, happy reader ever since. You really gave me faith that original writing online could actually be really good. I was so sure that I could only find that kind of quality in fanfic, and I loved that you proved that wrong.
*glomps* To sum up: you rock. ^_____^

Date: 2004-10-26 03:09 pm (UTC)Ah yes, my humiliating typos. I hated those, but for the longest time I could not find/keep a beta. Now I've got three'em, and the lot of them all too eager to tell me what I'm doing wrong. XP

That's really humbling, and rather interesting considering that at about that time I was nearly ready to just keep my writing to myself - you literally were one of the main reasons I kept at it. I was utterly boggled by how much you liked Rainbow.
Kidnapped is addicting me. I have so many other stories to finish and that I should be working on but I want to write it >_

Date: 2004-10-26 03:55 pm (UTC)I have to choose? That's unfair! (Oh c'mon, I just woke up... be nice.)
2. What is your favorite series I've written?
Huh... Series? Probably Sixpence? But I'm screamingly mad over Kidnapped, Treasure and Grave, just to name a few of your series. ^^;;
3. What is your favorite pairing that I write?
...I can't PICK!
4. What is a pairing you wish I'd try writing some time that I've never attempted?
Hmm. I... have no clue? Hivemind, remember? I usually like the stuff you choose to write. :P
5. What is the /pairing I've written that you wish I'd write more often?
Original pairing? Aw, you have to ask? Rab/Az, of course. >D
6. What do you like about my writing?
Everything. (Not helpful, but true. <3)
7. What do you not like about my writing? (tell me true - I like to know what needs fixed)
...I can't think of anything! *wails*
8. What was the first fic by me that you read?
Um... Probably one of the GGS stories?
Sorry. Asking me to think at this hour is just... not a good idea.

Date: 2004-10-26 05:39 pm (UTC)Embrace. XD No surprises.
2. What is your favorite series I've written?
Embrace. Surprised yet?
3. What is your favorite pairing that I write?
Hypnos/Thantos. =3;;;
4. What is a pairing you wish I'd try writing some time that I've never attempted?
*thinkthink* No clue, matey. Although you should write some Weiss Kreuz.
5. What is the /pairing I've written that you wish I'd write more often?
Cerberus/Narcissus. It made me smile. ^_^
6. What do you like about my writing?
I like the fact that you can vary it. Wrting greek angst, then modern-day fluff. XD It amused me.
7. What do you not like about my writing? (tell me true - I like to know what needs fixed)
Needmorestorienow. XD Too long of a wait.
8. What was the first fic by me that you read?
The Ferryman. ^__^ I love the greek stories.

Date: 2004-10-26 06:05 pm (UTC)I read Treasure first, then I read all your other stuff. I'm thinking that Unequal Children is a close 2nd to Treasure in my favorites catagory. And THAT's all I have time for, folks! :waves: Bye!

Date: 2004-10-26 06:18 pm (UTC)2. What is your favorite series I've written? While I love them all dearly, I have to go with Treasure on this one.
3. What is your favorite pairing that I write? No particular pairing in general, really. I just like boys that fight originally and settle their differences in *much* more interesting ways. :3
4. What is a pairing you wish I'd try writing some time that I've never attempted? ...You seem to do a lot with opposites/enemies. Maybe you should try a best friend-y kind of thing that becomes more...or not. Your way is much better, in my opinion.
5. What is the /pairing I've written that you wish I'd write more often? I'm quite taken with Kindan, actually. *snuggles him obsessively*
6. What do you like about my writing? Most everything, really, and I'm not just saying that. Your writing is detailed, versatile, interesting. *gives +5 cool points*
7. What do you not like about my writing? (tell me true - I like to know what needs fixed) I'm pretty laidback and forgiving about writing. I only dislike something if it's completely incoherent or ridden with typos... which your stuff most definitely *isn't.*
8. What was the first fic by me that you read? Something Sweet. *hearts it*

Ah, you speak ma language.
Best friends, eh? *muses* ...Distraction!
Something Sweet.
Wow, memory lane. I think I overdosed myself on the sweet with that one. Heh, fond of it though. I'm itching to put those two somewhere else, but I know there's no need.

Date: 2004-10-28 10:10 pm (UTC)Favourite fic? ... favourite fic... Does that mean I have to choose one? Urr... Embrace hasn't gotten far enough... but I am intrigued with what you've done with it so far. For now though, Treasure I'd guess.
2. What is your favorite series I've written?
Series? (I sound like a parrot...) What do you mean by series? Like, stories that have sequels and such? *checks website* Umm... well, I don't think it's a series per se, but I like Unequal Children? (don't mind all the question marks... really.)
3. What is your favorite pairing that I write?
Oooh... I think these questions are possibly harder than my objective tests for English. Pairing would have to be Aubrey and Ruthven.
4. What is a pairing you wish I'd try writing some time that I've never attempted?
What do you mean by that??
5. What is the /pairing I've written that you wish I'd write more often?
Let's see... An interesting one to see would have to be... perhaps a pairing of mutual attraction where one or both are already married or devoted to others? I don't think you've written that, have you?
6. What do you like about my writing?
I like your ideas because they are original and I do not know what to expect. I like reading your stories because they draw me in.
7. What do you not like about my writing? (tell me true - I like to know what needs fixed)
Hmm... I think the only thing that I could possibly say would be typos. But hey, I make my own fair share of them and I know how hard it is to type all your stories up and not have typos! In truth, I do not think your typos detract from the story.
8. What was the first fic by me that you read?
XD. That would be your Chimaera Key!
