NaNoWriMo!
Nov. 3rd, 2003 07:38 pmWhy is it that normally I can write b/t four and ten thousand words a day no problem, but now that I have a goal and a time limit it takes forever to spit out just 2000 a day?
I think part of it is that I'm less familiar with this story than I am with most of my others. Beyond that, I'm usually pretty quick to introduce all the main players, and here one of two MC's doesn't even appear until chapter three or four. Kind of weird for me. I only have a little under 1000 to go for today, which may be why I'm intent on stalling.
On a side note, all this discussion of seperate lj's and needing codes has culminated in my finally caving and getting a paid account. And what is Megan most excited about? Now I get 10 pictures. I'm such a freakin' loser.
