NaNoWriMo!

Why is it that normally I can write b/t four and ten thousand words a day no problem, but now that I have a goal and a time limit it takes forever to spit out just 2000 a day?

I think part of it is that I'm less familiar with this story than I am with most of my others. Beyond that, I'm usually pretty quick to introduce all the main players, and here one of two MC's doesn't even appear until chapter three or four. Kind of weird for me. I only have a little under 1000 to go for today, which may be why I'm intent on stalling.

On a side note, all this discussion of seperate lj's and needing codes has culminated in my finally caving and getting a paid account. And what is Megan most excited about? Now I get 10 pictures. I'm such a freakin' loser.

thanks - I didn't realize my icons were so interesting. they mostly just feed my pretty boy fix.

I'm posting to one nano community, I've been debating whether or not to torture people here with it. It won't be as polished as my other stories.

I was caving anyway, so once I finish this last section I'll probably post it. You have a point - quantity over quality. That's such a weird concept for me.

It'll be odd not to see the cute little CLAMP icons, I just assosciate them with you these days. Especially this one, where he's got the fan and plotting mischief.

*grins* That's one of the reasons I don't think I could NaNo. I'm a correction freak when I write. LJ posts I could care less but if I'm writing I have to have everything correct of I go nuts ;)

Oh he's not going anywhere. That was my first icon and will probably be there forever ;) It's some of the other ones that I don't use too much that I might change. Because this one suits me ;) Honestly.. they aren't horns.. just halo supports.
