I could bitch about work, b/c the prissy lawyers are annoying me. But eh.

Instead - I got crowded in an elevator with a bunch of the construction workers while I was delivering mail. They were really cute when we hit their floor, and all "Let the little lady off" "It's not her floor" "Oh, okay. Have a nice day there."

I'm every amused to be called "little lady" b/c while I'm not large, I'm certainly not small. I'm rather generously endowed and it's obvious I work in an inactive office job. Plus I've all the manners of a sailor, so 'lady' fits even less than 'little'

It's still cute though.

To change topics completely. Love love the Thursday Next novels. But one would think that in a book about books and reading etc, the writer and freakin' editors would know that any word ending is 's' does not get an 's - just the apostrophe. Unless there's some grand joke or pun that hasn't yet occured. It's seriously annoying me.

Now I suppose I should get back to work. Before the lawyers find something else to bitch about.
