hate and discontent

maderrDuring the hurricane, we lost power from seven pm to 10 pm, fifteen hours, give or take. that's fine.
What is not fine is the random two and three hour blackouts that keep happening. One last night, one tonight. Normally I wouldn't care, but right now I JUST LOST THE LATEST CHAPTER OF RAINBOW.
There will be death. And it will be slow and agonizing.
Sorry to my friends, both rl and lj, for being so quiet. I was dragged out last night by the princess (all in all it was a lot of fun, it reminded me why I don't really hate her) for her birthday. Also, every time I sign on to aim or whatnot, I get nothing done. I've been working like a fiend on my stories, DESPITE LOSING RAINBOW CHAPTER FOUR. Hate. Rage. Pain.

amasugiru this morning, but I kept getting this recording that said my call wasn't working. After I try to call for about 30-40 minutes, my mom bothers to remember that she had the phone company put some weird block that prevents any "tampering" w/the long distance service. Why she couldn't remember this when I asked if I could make the fucking call, I don't know. Suffice to say I've let my friend down yet again, and I'm not happy about it.
Now if you'll excuse me I have a power company to plot the demise of.
