I actually have earned enough money now that I can open a bank account. This is how exciting my life is.

In other news, rainbow 5 is almost done and I've started 6 as well. I'll probably be beat over the head and made to rewrite it, but still. The few people brave enough to tackle Unequal Children have my undying thanks. I'll be torturing you w/more at some point in the future - that bastard of a story is hard to write.

Oh yeah - went shopping today. Dude, Where's My Car was less than ten bucks so I bought that. I thought about getting Nicholas Nickleby but that was twenty and I couldn't justify it. I love Dude though, I think that movie is hee-sterical. Maybe it's just me.

Oh, you know it's not just you. :o)

And theeeeennnn....

And I have the house to myself for a while this evening. Maybe it will mean the end of all my empty promises to read your stories?

Hmm...

that's what a deer likes to hear. but at the risk of losing your precious commentary, I still prefer that you spend your time writing rather than reading my drabble.

Dude! What does mine say?

Sweet! What does mine say?

I need to put my stories on a disk that I can haul along with me so that when I feel like it, I can just pop it into the machine and work on them... writing is my real job, Aris be damned. :o)

damn freakin' skippy

I just wrote a sentence! Yaaaaaay! I really have a good idea for this story... I just have to get down to it. Plus there's the pesky problem of figuring out whether to write it in first or third person. I've switched it back and forth like... five or six times. grrrr

why are lj discussions so much fun?

myself, I prefer third. I can't stand to write in first. I guess it depends on how you want to convey things. I mostly don't like third b/c I'm a heavy describer and I think some things just sound stupid described from first.

I started it in third the first time... and then it didn't seem right... so I converted it to first... and it was weird... so I went back... again and again and again..

Yarrrr!

So, I'm writing AND I actually exercised tonight. Interesting development.
