American Mediation is the place I've been in contact with. Finally called the guy this morning (dude, I was about to puke. What's the term for fear of phones? Because I'm pretty sure that's me -_-;) and he says they have a 96% success rate.

The only sting? $295.00 fee. But really, a lawyere would charge me that just for the privilege of breathing within his office (This I know. There's a lawyer on 24 that was bragging the other day about how he got 220 an hour just to watch some guys review documents). And the other place I was considering charges $30.00/month. Sooo I think I like the flat three hundred fee. Better than spending it on crap. Plus if they fail they give the money back. Which makes me think they'll do their best to succeed.

*crosses fingers* I think this might actually work - but I'm not counting chickens yet.

You should do a fundraiser, like ficlets on demand. I'm sure there are enough of us out there that would pay a couple of bucks for a ficlet of our very own. =) You could at least get half of your fee paid for doing that. (And it's a heck of a lot better than selling your body to science.)
