maderrAmerican Mediation is the place I've been in contact with. Finally called the guy this morning (dude, I was about to puke. What's the term for fear of phones? Because I'm pretty sure that's me -_-;) and he says they have a 96% success rate.
The only sting? $295.00 fee. But really, a lawyere would charge me that just for the privilege of breathing within his office (This I know. There's a lawyer on 24 that was bragging the other day about how he got 220 an hour just to watch some guys review documents). And the other place I was considering charges $30.00/month. Sooo I think I like the flat three hundred fee. Better than spending it on crap. Plus if they fail they give the money back. Which makes me think they'll do their best to succeed.
