I made eggs over easy! ^_^ (usually my eggs either turned out stepped on - does anyone else use that phrase? - or scrambled.)

Mmm, eggs and toast. Now the issue is - does Megan *really* need a second pot of coffee?

Yes. Yes, I think she does.

I had Captain Crunch! But I always scramble my eggs soft (a little runny, grosses some ppl out), sometimes I add cheese =D

It's GOOSE!

What you really need is some over easy eggs, hash browns, grits, country ham and a hot fresh cup of bottomless coffee delivered to you at your comp while you work. Just like the old days. Just like your mother gets.
Oh well I guess you are out of luck. Sorry. But enjoy the eggs anyway.

Guilt trip, Guilt trip.

Love Ya
DAD

I had a fresh out of the oven ham and cheese bun from the chinese bakery in Chinatown. Of course, I had a roasted pork bun for lunch. No longer fresh out of the oven, a little squashed, but just as yummy. Best bakery in Chinatown. (Why is it that the best places are most often little run-down, family owned places that look too dingy to be good? Probably because they've been there for twenty-thirty years or so, and never bothered to change anything other than the tableclothes ever year. But oh MAN the food...)

Over easy eggs are not too difficult as long as you have enough oil or butter in the pan and the fire is not too low. I find if you crack the egg and let the egg white touch the pan first, it gives it a thicker base so that the yolk doesn't break when you put the spatula under it.

I love my eggs over easy. It has taken practice, but rarely do I break a yolk without meaning to any more. Lately I've been making Egg/Cheese/Ham on Bagel sandwiches like I used to get at the SNAR. Mmmm.... food....
