I closed tonight, then I'm off tomorrow, then it's close, close, close, close (well one says 5-11, but we all know that means I'm closing. she's fooling no one). So I have no weekend.

In other news, I'm making notes now for my Naniwrimo story, as well as this "short" piece I'd like to do for when/IF my site ever gets 1000 hits. I actually plan to complete it before posting, so no worries there.

My brother bought me two books for my birthday! One is actually a comic by Neil Gamen (bow before the Man) called The Last Temptation and this story about confused gay boys in highschool called Rainbow Boys. I noticed it one day and got paranoid I was unwittingly copying someone w/my own story. Luckily I'm not, and the book seemed interesting so when my brother asked what I wanted I told. Thank you, darling brother!!! I guess now I can't force you to read the doujin where Miklotov has Camus chained to the bed.

Alright, tomorrow is my day off but I'll be cleaning and filling out apps instead of relaxing (I will NOT read Rainbow Boys or write, I swear. hahaha)

P.S. just stole this from [livejournal.com profile] spooks21

My journal says I'm 53% masculine.

While you were in Frisco...

I was in Petersburg, dancing my ass off to RussianTechno at Club Metro, partaking of vodka shots, and visiting important places--like the house where Nicolas II cousin Felix tried to kill Rasputin.

I was also looking into the best possible means to acquire my dream home. But I can't decide. Winter Palace or Catherine Palace. Winter Palace is connected to the Hermitage. Hermitage is home to the Renaissance greats and David. But the Catherine Palace is in a prime location just outside the city...

I was also comtemplating how best to 'accidentaly' push Elena Micky off the side of the boat as we rode along the canal. If she'd said, 'Masha, make sure they know this was Pushkin's house,' one more time... Stupid bitch...

Also, whine some more about the damned airport. At least you didn't get there 10 minutes after your connecting flight was supposed to depart, be told by the dumbass at the counter that your gate was right at the end of the hallway, only to find yourseld nearing the end of the fifth god-damned hallway, 3 minutes back from where you started, two steps away from a heartattack, and still not at the gate. The only realy consolation was that I managed to get on the plane--although my luggage didn't.

Stupid JFK.

And for record. Next year, your taking me with you. None of this, 'But you're in Russia, and I'm not,' shit.

You get the orgy, I get 'see that? That was Pushkin's appartment. That's where Pushkin lived when he was here. That one. See it? Do you see Pushkin's appartment? Masha! Show them Pushkin's appartment.'

Die.

Oh yeah

I love all this affection and devotion you have for me. Really - I love you too. whore.

You definitely win the airport contest, but it was still annoying.

I'm sure you'll contrive some way to despose of her, you are nothing if not creative darling sister. Why the fuck was pushkin's apartment so fascinating.

And I would go with the Winter Palace.

Nudder random note

I took some time out of my busy, 'learning all things Russian' schedule, stepped down from my high and mighty pedestal that you can only dream of obtaining, and read your article.

I enjoyed it.

I quickly stepped back on my pedestal so none would known that I had lowered myself.

But still I enjoyed.

And that's all you'll be getting from me. :)

So it said I was masculine. 55% Masculine, and 45% Feminine. It says everyone is fucking masculine. Todd was more fucking feminine than I AM!!! WHAT THE HELL.

well I'm not surprised that Todd was more feminine than you. Besides, you don't see namby pamby ultra femmie women doing lj posts. we're all modern women, which means we write agressively or something. Anyway, that's my it's-a-quarter-to-midnight theory.
