*snap* "Now get over here and go to sleep."
"That was my favorite pencil."
*growls* "Luke."
"I named him and everything. How will I explain to all his little eraser babies that their father is dead? Oh! And Stella, his Papermate pen wife! Poor Leo. You never stood a chance." *sniffles*
"Should I leave you and the pencil alone? Because then I might actually get some sleep."
"Fine, fine. I'm going to sleep."
"Good, now get over here so we can cuddle."

"And here we observe the Davidicus Cooperus in his nightly ritualistic cuddling. The male of the species has been known to kill those who come between them and their mates. Never, ever disrupt the Davidicus Cooperus during this particular behavior pattern as he can be extremely irritable and cranky. Although, if you express a desire to see what's under Yoda's robe, that can be construed as typical mating behavior--"
*growls* "Go to sleep, dumbass."
"Mhhmm, okay, Mr. Snugglus Bunnicus."
"And just because you add -us to the end of something doesn't mean you're speaking Latin. And if you're gonna be all scientific, it's Mr. Oryctolagus cuniculus."
"Okay Avid d-ay Opper C-ay. We're changing your Latin name to Geekus Maximus. Order Scientisticae of the Family Nerdata."
Thanks, Sky. That made me feel worlds better. And you did it all in dialogue, that's awesome. (one of my fav stories of yours is the harry/neville running dialogue...a fav and yet the name now escapes me -_-;)

*huuuuuuuugs* I was going to randomly drop snippets about Raphael into your email, but I think his introspection will probably not help you cheer up, so I'll just... let it stew for a bit. I was just wondering about it, anyway.
:P Angsty introspection? I think Raph is kind of... not that he feels BAD about himself or anything, but he's a bit fixated on being needed. And I think it'll take the twins a very long time to convince him that they really NEED him, not just want him there.
