Have tomorrow off, whee! Can't wait! Have totally failed to do as much writing as I wanted, which is typical with me *sigh* But nearly done with chap four of embrace, I've only got about a 1/3 of it left (note to self: fix problem with hours). Then maybe I'll go back and fix DwtD, which got a beat down it well deserved...

Blah. Woke up late again. So no real time for coffee, alas. And I don't like this shirt but fuck if I have anything else that goes with maroon.

I ain't doing shit at work today. Do you know what my fuckwit IAM said to me yesterday? He asked why I hadn't done this or that, and I told him why - I had too much to do. The more I try to do everything, the more I fall behind on all of it. So I have to play catch up with one thing, the others fall behind, I pick another and go on. "You need to find a way to balance everything." Megan smiled politely, repeated everything she'd just said, and got pissy enough he got scared and left. Fucking bloody hell, if you want me to do the work of 2.5 people then either accept that I can't always keep up or give me another person. I've busted my ass all week to catch up in the fileroom, and have kept up with everything but scanning. He's going to have to deal. So I'm going to not kill myself at work today. Fuck it. I bust my ass and get "you need to balance."

Mergh. Cold. Hungry. Want coffee. Done Whining. Speaking of whining, caved and bought my llbean jacket and it should be here hopefully today but probably not until tomorrow whwen I won't be leaving the house.

Erm. Would post what more I have of Embrace, but Stregoni studying is not an exciting read. It'll have to wait until I finish the chapter. Which should be tonight, since I don't have to work tomorrow!!!

OOOOOOOOOHHHHH. I was wondering why they sounded a bit... like I'd heard them somewhere before, but I have a tendency to pay attention to the song as a whole first, and only catch certain phrases. This is true even of songs I can sing along to by heart. (I find myself singing along and being completely unaware of what I'm singing. =_=;;;)
