Does anyone besides me know that nursery rhyme? Probably not. I was as unhealthy obsesssed with nursery rhymes as with fairytales as a kid (hence that ridiculous Queen of Hearts story >_>)

Anyway. Back in Cinci. Vacation was awesome, wish it had been longer. Over the course of December I have acquired mass sparklies and those aside, I love everyone to death. Would list them but I'm sure I would forget one or two so will not do that.

Okay, now to chill a bit. We's be whooped. But for the record, from Cincinnati to Rocky Mount takes about 11 hours.

Also: Who here would be amused by the fact that I helped us pass the hours in the car by reading Jack the Ripper: The Facts aloud? As my siblings enjoyed pointing out, my interest in ol' Jack is something less than healthy. But Sarah had fun listening, so there!

Hee hee. We had this awesome set of children's encylopedia's growing up - half was like historical stuff, but the other was nothing but fairytales, fables, nursery rhymes and stuff like that. Where I learned almost all the stories I know.

Yay! Those are the best kind of stories ^_____^. Three or so years ago I got a huuuuuuge book of mythology for Christmas. When I was a kid I used to have pretty hard-cover collections of Hans Christian Andersen and Grimm Brothers fairy tales. For some reason I preferred Hans.

I think my nursery rhyme knowledge is cause my mom liked nursery rhymes and I liked to read :P None of my siblings know half the nursery rhymes I do. Also they had a show on Nickelodeon when I was really young with animated fairy tales. It was one of my favorite shows but now I don't remember what it was called ^^;;;
