Tycho is on my list of true loves. He talks about Nerf and I dissolve into giggles. I think if he were a boyband I would probably be one of the scary fangirls. If I ever meet someone that 1337, and they are single, they will promptly be MINE ALL MINE.

*cough*

Had to rescan 35 boxes today; a tedious job made enjoyable b/c I spent all two-three hours of it working out my harem boys. Mmm, yes.

Strawberry-watermelon juice is love. Or at least sugary enough to keep Megan awake.

New temp at work. Good guy, but I wish more than anything i had someone to work with who got along with *me* - I get so tired of not being able to share what I really like and do because I've heard one too many side remarks that indicate it's best to keep my mouth shut -_-

I'm so sick of this stupid song. Your girl left you, fucking get over it. She won't think of you. I would love to hear her version of events.

Tony, I've no idea what I'm doing this weekend. I might be working. Since everyone else is planning for Ohio-con, why don't we do it next weekend?

Ugh, I spent two hours re-doing work today. And no harem boys, either. I haven't even had time to read the first post of the story. Stupid job, making me work. If I lived near you, I'd come work there so you could be yourself. And I could be entertained. Someone else will come along...

Okay, I'm cross-referencing my flist... I don't know who Neil Gaiman is, but I know you've mentioned him before so you may be interested in this, stolen from merula31. I hope this works: http://www.harpercollins.com/global_scripts/product_catalog/author_xml.asp?authorid=3417&tc=ae
It's, um, New Year's resolutions of a couple of characters, I think. I suppose I shall have to go read his stuff, now. Enjoy!

*GASP* How can thee not know Mine Lord Gaimen?

EEEE!!! I heard about those resolutions but I never got around to reading them ^___^ AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Everyone breathing (and not) needs to read that book. It's the most awesomest book every written. Ever.

*loves you*

*snicker*

They're from "Good Omens", which was a crossover with Terry Pratchett. Considering that I like both Gaiman's work and Pratchett's work, that book was like a fangirl's squee-fest. XD

Well, what everyone else is doing doesn't really conern me this weekend.

Though if you are working and then too tuckered to do anything afterwards, that could put a crimp on our plans.

If you like, I can simply play it by ear in case you end up not working (I'm undecided if my back-up plan is to stay at home and videogame or go to Columbus anyway - the former lazier option is highly tempting).

I'm thinking this means my counteroffer is I can just wait and see what you're doing since I might not be going anywhere anyway - if you choose to accept. What you said is fine too, let me know.

In any case, I have not planned for next Saturday either if we end up having to push it back or simply decide to do so.

I'm so sick of this stupid song. Your girl left you, fucking get over it. She won't think of you. I would love to hear her version of events.

I hear that, and I immediately think of the following parody. It's hysterical to listen to. I need to get a copy from a friend and share it with people.

Title of the Song

Declaration of my feelings for you
Elaboration on those feelings
Description of how long these feelings have existed
Belief that no one else could feel the same as I
Reminiscence of the pleasant times we shared
And our relationship's perfection
Recounting of the steps that led to our love's dissolution
Mostly involving my unfaithfulness and lies
Penitent admission of wrongdoing
Discovery of the depth of my affection
Regret over the lateness of my epiphany

(Chorus)
Title of the song
Naïve expression of love
Reluctance to accept that you are gone
Request to turn back time
And rectify my wrongs
Repetition of the title of the song

Enumeration of my various transgressive actions
Of insufficient motivation
Realization that these actions led to your departure
And my resultant lack of sleep and appetite
Renunciation of my past insensitive behavior
Promise of my reformation
Reassurance that you still are foremost in my thoughts now
Need for instructions how to gain your trust again
Request for reconciliation
Listing of the numerous tasks that I'd perform
Of physical and emotional compensation

CHORUS

Acknowledgment that I acted foolishly
Increasingly desperate pleas for your return
Sorrow for my infidelity
Vain hope that my sins are forgivable
Appeal for one more opportunity
Drop to my knees to elicit crowd response
Prayers to my chosen deity
Modulation and I hold a high note...

It says the link doesn't work for Title of the Song. Which is a new one on me. How can it upload a song and then not get the right link?
