I love Brey and Ruthven, don't get me wrong. But from the moment of this story's conception, Streg has been my favorite. My feeble attempts at his medicine and medical world are lots of fun - as much fun as the flowers, if not moreso, even though my research is less obvious. I dunno, Ye Olde Physician and all is just neat. I wish I could fit in the apothecary his mother runs, but it never really comes up. So far as I know, anyway.

Ah, well.

Waiting for my second pot of coffee to finish brewing before I make breakfast (or try, I suck at making eggs over easy but that's what I want so I am going to try).

The wind is fracking nuts today. It's what actually woke me up, and kept me awake. It was enough to blow my windows open (they're not up an down - you have to turn these cranks to open them, door like, except the cranks are broken on mine so I have to take the screens off, pull the glass shut, put the screens back on. Lemme tell you how fun that is at four something in the morning).

FOOOOOOOOD.

Just makes sure the pan is really slick, so they don't stick and break when you try to flip. ^_^

You should have heard the rain that woke me up about threeish this morning. Just roaring, man. Fun times for all parties, I guess.

Broke one, but the other was a success. But I used too small a pan, I think, b/c I didn't feel like finding/washing the good one. Still yummy though.
