Brand new. Arrived at like 11:30 this morning. I tried to find a number to call on the dell site but no go. They fucking hide those numbers. Shall figure it out at home >_<

Man, that sucks. But I have a lot of friends with Dells and they say they get pretty good tech service. Assuming you can find the number. xp Man, a dead pixel or two is to be expected but keys that don't work--that's not even cool. You totally need to complain a lot and get some free stuff. RARR.
