Europe Continues

maderrI'm sorry for not responding to comments, I'm never on the computer long. We are in Cantebury right now, after a bit of running around to get here. I really do not like soda here in Europe, it all tastes kind of old and they use way too much syrup. But don't drink the Tango - it's like uber concentrated Tang with carbonation. Shit almost killed me. Still coughing like I smoke, but otherwise healthy.
Explored a gorgeous Cathedral yesterday, if I were a religious person I probably would've been moved. Instead I just gaped and oggled the resting place of the The Black Prince - that kicked some serious ass let me tell you. There were dead people all over the Cathedral, it was really cool. Not to mention the stained glass, ah goddamn that place was gorgeous.
RETURN OF THE KING. The British suck at movies, they have no life at all. I really wish I'd seen it in the states, with a crowd that properly appreciates thsese things. The end wasn't quite like the book, alas. Still, can't complain over all. Except there so many moments, especially at the end, where Frodo and Sam were going to lip lock, only they didn't b/c the movie people are weaklings. Pansies. Merry and Pip!!!!! Can't complain there, they kicked ass. Love it Love it. Legolas got another "Look at the hot elf" scene but I'll let that go.
Okay, we're going to Dover as soon as I can muster the courage to shower. We're staying in Todd's building and it's glaringly obvious it's a bachelor pad. Jeezus, do men beyond the ones in my own family know how to clean?
