Ahahahaha. XD He gets sort of better, and no, he doesn't die. (I don't know about the hot elf boy bit. I do, however, see a LOT of slash between the main character and one of his second-in-commands. XD I'll reread it and tell you which --- if I can pull myself away from gaming. :P)
