The one long trailer I saw for it make me want to stab whomever made it.

That and I don't know anyone who did see it who actually liked it :D

Date: 2006-03-23 01:12 am (UTC)It's hideously done. It would be like doing a movie on the American Revolution and casting all German actors and have them behave as germans think americans behave. The cast is heavily Chinese, which is just insultingk, and it's painfully obvious the movie is by a westerner and portrays a western concept of what geisha are. that is to say, it's all wrong.
